WHAT WE DO
One Level Up Construction is responsible exclusively to the owner and acts in the owner’s interests throughout each stage of the project. We offer advice on optimum use of available funds; control of the scope of the work; project scheduling; optimum use of design and construction firm skills and talents. We avoid delays, changes, and disputes; we enhance project design and construction quality; we have optimum flexibility in contracting and procurement.
Our goals on all projects:
1. Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects — defining the project, building its comprehensive work plan and managing to the budget
2. Managing Teams — facilitating commitment and productivity, removing obstacles and motivating team members
3. Managing Expectations — aligning projects to business goals, leading stakeholders, and effectively communicating project status, milestones, and unexpected difficulties.
